Our team at El Hefe Smudge Pot wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Should you need to initiate a return, kindly email us at sales@elhefesmudgepot.com within 30 days of your purchase to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
To qualify for a return, please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. It's important to note that a 15% restocking fee is applicable, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Refunds may take up to 2 billing cycles to be processed and appear on your statement. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us for an RMA number, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide an RMA number and arrange for a refund or exchange. In such cases, the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return following our standard return process and place a new order for the desired item.
